Mountain Culture 'Preux Chevalier' West Coast IPA - Single

It was an honour to have our mates from Kicks Brewing out at Emu Plains for a collaboration brew day. Over charcoal chicken and beers, the serious brewing decisions were made.

For the beer, we leaned hard into everything we're both loving about modern West Coast right now. A snappy water profile keeps things sharp while Citra and NZ Rhapzody in the whirlpool bring bright grapefruit. A hop dip of Citra Dynaboost builds saturation before a dry hop of Chinook, Strata and more Citra layers in depth and intensity.

It pours crystal clear with firm bitterness and punchy hop expression. Grapefruit leads, followed by peach, citrus, dank pine and subtle cannabis resin for a clean, lingering finish.
