Mountain Culture 'Telescopic' West Coast Pilsner - Single

This is a collaboration with Pinta, who are the OG craft brewery from Poland. They came and visited us recently and we had a ball brewing this west coast pils with the goście.

This West Coast Pils will have a light, sessionable body with a big dry hop. The hop bill starts with an early addition of Saaz much like any traditional Pils to give it a bit of earthiness and spice. Then it has a big dry hop of Citra and Centennial before getting some Simcoe Hyperboost just before packing. Flavour profile should be a bit more complex than most modern West Coast Pils and it will be full of citrus in the form of lemon, tangerine and grapefruit.
