New England Brewing Co 'Marmo' Black Italian Pils - Single
We’ve gone ever so gently with this beer on the malt side using all German Pilsner malt and a touch of chocolate and roasted barley in the mash. The colour for the beer comes from a painstaking process of cold steeping roasted malts in fresh water overnight and then using the “black” water in the kettle the next day. The result is a very smooth dark lager with hints of roasted malts in the aroma and body. The Italian part is of course the large dry-hop with Hallertau Mittlefruh T45 hops. Enjoy!
