Nick Spencer Amphora Shiraz Pinot Noir 2021

A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Shiraz form the Tumblong Vineyard in Gundagai. The aim here was to make the best possible red wine from this site. The Pinot noir was fermented as 100% whole bunches and the Pinot Noir was de-stemmed. The result is a beautiful combination of spice, perfume and intensity.
