A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Shiraz form the Tumblong Vineyard in Gundagai. The aim here was to make the best possible red wine form this site. The Pinot noir was fermented as 100% wholebunches and the Pinot Noir was de-stemmed. The result is a beuatfiul combination of spice, perfume and intensity.
