The 2021 Pinot Gris displays ripe pear and stone fruit characters along with subtle white flower aromas. The palate is rich and intense but balanced with refreshing acidity and a long finish.  The fruit is grown on A vineyard in Prunevale in the Hilltops region of NSW. The vineyard sits at about 600m/ asl on decomposed granite soils.  The fruit is lightly pressed directly to stainless steel for fermentation and bottled young to retain freshness.
