Nick Spencer Pinot Noir

Light to medium bodied with incredible fragrance, red cherries and cranberry aromas with a pleasing rose petal and aniseed character. On the palate the wine is lively with lovely tannins and a crunchy and long finish. The acidity and tannins in this wine match superbly with game, ham, duck etc but also perfect served slightly chilled on a hot day.
