Nugan 'Cookoothama' Botrytis Semillon
The hands and tones of the Cookoothama label represent the people who have lived and cultivated the land spread along the banks of the Murrumbidgee River over the ages. As well as the 310 hectares of premium wine grapes, Cookoothama is also the home to 325 hectares of olive trees. The property is protected from rainfall variation by a fully integrated irrigation system, including four bores and five licenses to pump from the Murrumbidgee River flowing along the southern border of the property.
Brilliant straw with a golden hue. Enticing aromas of dried apricot and fig with marmalade and orange peel. Luscious concentrated palate of apricot nectar, dried fig and pineapple with well-balanced acid giving it length and structure.
