grenache 38% gewürztraminer 26.5% gamay 17.9% pinot Noir 9.5% pinot meunier 4.1% syrah 3.5%. Mainly whole bunch except the gewurz. Pressed to old french oak while fermentation is finishing, bottled in July. Unfined and unfiltered, wild ferments. Minimal so2.
