The Interval Viognier was made from grapes grown at a mean contour Interval of 500 meters above sea level. This Viognier is a single vineyard wine made into an aromatic style in stainless steel tank and without oak maturation. Hand picked grapes that were whole bunch pressed and fermented at low temperatures to retain the freshness and distinct varietal characters of stone fruit and tangerine. A creamy spicy palate with a fresh finish allows this wine to match with richer food style and can be enjoyed now or over the coming 5-10 years.
