The Orange Mountain 2018 Mountain Ice is made from Viognier grapes that were harvested in April of 2018. After crushing and pressing, the juice was further intensified by advanced freeze concentration technology to produce this luscious dessert wine. Mountain Ice exhibits rich passion-fruit, pineapple and citrus aromas that complement the concentrated palate of stone fruit and sweet melon with a long spicy aftertaste.
