Orbis Albariño

Our much aniticipated first release of our estate grown Albariño. Nectarine, pear and marmalade, with a saline and chalky finish. The grapes were handpicked and whole bunch pressed into stainless steel. Naturally fermented with indigenous yeast and matured on full lees for 8 months in stainless steel, undergoing full malolactic conversion.
