A fresh, juicy wine filled with bright red berry fruit characters on the nose and palate. Rose petal, dried thyme, and with hints of black pepper. The grapes from the two varieties were handpicked, destemmed and separately fermented in stainless steel, with a portion of the wine aged for 6 months in French oak. This wine was naturally fermented using indigenous yeast. Unfined and Unfiltered.
