A lively and expressive wine, with bright berry fruits on the nose and palate.  Lip smacking cherry and blueberry, with Aperol and spice. The grapes were handpicked and destemmed, with a portion retained for whole bunch fermentation. Matured in French oak Hogsheads for 8 months, with full lees contact for increased texture and mouthfeel.
