Orbis Trousseau

With a bright lick of acidity, and a generous savoury palate. Lots of Raspberries and blood plum aromas and a hint of earthy forest floor. The grapes were handpicked, destemmed and naturally fermented using indigenous yeast and matured in 25% new French oak for 6 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
