Introducing the newest gin to The Aviary- ‘The OG’. Infused with lemongrass that is complimented by the subtle tingle of chilli it will transport your senses with its rich and powerful flavour. Scents of lime and a refreshing flavour of nashi pears take over with juniper still playing a strong role with the most delectable hint of Vietnamese mint to finish. Best served with lots of ice and chilli lime garnish. The OG is so perfectly matched with any curry, dumpling or sashimi platter. Tanoshi!
