Major Mitchell is an American style IPA brewed with military Prowess. He is dark, rich and demanding of your attention with Big Hops that shout at you with a bitter twist. His gravely throat creates a course mouthfeel that screams at your taste buds. He is a beer that commands to be saluted.
American style IPA. Dark amber in colour with a strong hop character that creates a nice clawing to the tongue. In spite of this, it still remains remarkably well balanced with a solid malt profile that comes from locally grown malts. A beer with Plenty of mouthfeel.
