Measure Twice, Cut Once is a brand new triple dry-hopped Double IPA. This is the biggest beer we’ve ever hit with our signature TDH treatment and we couldn’t be more stoked with how it has turned out. We’ve bombed this DIPA with Citra LUPOMAX, Simcoe Cryo, Citra, Galaxy, and Cashmere. If we had one word to sum up this beer, it would be INTENSE. Kiwi fruit and tropical fruit smoothie dominate the nose. The palate is an insanely joosey combo of melon, papaya, lychee, kiwi and mango, with a thick and creamy mouthfeel. A nice whack of bitterness rounds it all out to ensure that a beer this intense is still highly drinkable. Avoid mistakes by measuring twice, cutting once, and making sure you don’t miss this release!
