Reckless Brewing Co 'Rosella' Wheat Ale - Single

We are extremely excited to announce this beer. As you may know, we've enjoyed working with some Australian Native Ingredients for some time, and coming up with this beer with the crew at The Waratah make is just that much more special for us. We both love to explore the virtuous flavours of what this country provides outside the world of Hops and Fruits!
 
We love a beer that tells a story. After all, stories are what connect us to the land, and each other. That's why, for this all-Aussie wheat ale, we've used locally grown Rosella flowers from
Naway Lila Buradja, Wallumedegal land, to create a tale redolent of white wine, sweet tropicals and candied orange, over NSW Riverina malt.

We think it's the stuff of legend.
