A blend of Sauvignon Blanc (45%), Arneis (32%), Gewurztraminer (17%) and Chardonnay (6%). The Sauvignon Blanc, Arneis and Gewurtz all came from the Boree Lane vineyard in Orange and the Chardonnay is from the Amaroo road vineyard between Orange and Molong. The wine was fermented in a 3000L concrete cube tank and was kept in there on its full lees for 7 months. Full malo, no fining and a light filtration prior to being bottled on 15 September 2021.
