Robert Stein 'Aged Release' Semillon 2017

A modern take on a classic Mudgee varietal, this wine is pale green in colour, with intense citrus, green apple and grassy notes on the nose. Palate has great length with lemony acidity and a nice mineral drive. Drink in release with seafood or watch the wine develop complexity and richness over the next 8 – 10 years.
