Very crisp at less than 1g\/L residual sugar. Bottled unfiltered this wine does have a slightly cloudy appearance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\" class=\"preFade fadeIn\"\u003eCalled ‘Citrine’ \u003cspan\u003ederived from the Latin word citrus and by way of the French citrin or citron (lemon), citrine is \u003c\/span\u003ea yellow to orange variety of quartz.
