Samantha May Riesling 2024

Off dry, kicked off naturally with native yeast in Austrian Oak, moved onto stainless and blended with another stainless component. Ferment stopped between 9 -10 g/L RS to maintain beautiful balance of acid. Vibrant, textured and lusty.
