Samantha May 'Rizzo' Sangiovese 2026

Raspberry and cola vibes, crunchy with an effortless dry finish, serve chilled for maximum fun drinking. A portion of this wine was picked a little earlier and direct pressed meaning it was made like a Rosè and fermented in stainless steel. The remaining grapes were hand harvested, destemmed and fermented with native yeast in a open top fermenter. Gentle plunges only and pressed from skins within 7 days resulting in a lighter style wine that is aromatic and crunchy.
