Fortified Durif: semi-sweet, vibrant, clean. Made from grapes from a single vintage, it's a fresh, delicate dessert wine inspired by the wines of the Banyuls region in Southern France. Dark chocolate is the perfect foil for this wine - we recommend Hunted + Gathered's 70% Cacao 

Cocktail hour? Fix yourself an After Dark Negroni: Mix 30ml After Dark + 30ml Gin + 30ml Aperol over ice and garnish with orange. Serve chilled. Drink within 14 days of opening.
