Sinapius Gruner Veltliner 2021

Estate grown Grüner Veltliner. Crushed to press, naturally fermented and matured in large and small format oak. Full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in December 2021. Pretty herbs and ripe honey dew notes on the nose, citrus, freshly cut pear and mineral notes on the palate, beautifully balanced with a creamy texture and long finish.
