Sinapius Esmé Gamay

100% Estate Grown Gamay sourced from our high density planted vineyard (7700-11,111 vines/ha), planted in 2013.

Gently handpicked to ensure all bunches remain intact, the grapes underwent traditional whole cluster carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, without any addition of sulfur. Matured in old barriques for 5 months, and bottled without fining and filtration in November 2019. Minimal sulfur added (<20ppm) prior to bottling.
