Sonnen is a side project led by the talented Tasmanian viticulturist Luke Andree. Luke, who also oversees vineyard
management and winemaking at Pressing Matters, completed vintages at the Boomtown Cooperative, Oakridge, and Mac Forbes, and through these connections even ventured to Germany to delve into Riesling production at Weingut Melsheimer.
