South by South West Margaret River 'Fieldie'

The ‘Fieldie’ is a skin contact Semillon Sauvignon Blanc field blend (sourced from our organically grown Wallcliffe Vineyard), with a few other friends including Chenin Blanc, Riesling and Arneis. 50% of the fruit went to oak barrels and 50% to tank, where it was matured for 7 months. This is a perfumed and aromatically focussed wine with a gentle hint of natural reductive tones. In short…. aromatic, vibrant and structured.
