Stone Pine Distillery Brandy Liqueur

Cool climate 2011 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon wine from the Bathurst Region was sourced for this limited release.

It was pot distilled then aged six years in French oak barrique, prior to marrying with grape juice to yield a fruity, ruby-red liqueur with nice oak complexity and warming finish.
