Tamburlaine 'Bull in a China Shop' Prosecco

Harvested in the early hours of the morning to preserve the fruit's vibrant acidity and delicate
aromas, the grapes underwent a gentle pressing. The juice was then fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks, a method that helps retain the fresh and lively character typical of Prosecco. To enhance the natural effervescence, secondary fermentation was carried out, which allowed us to capture the fine bubbles
that are a signature of this style.
