A field blend off our ChaLou Vineyard of Viongier, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gwertztraminer and Arneis. Grapes were destemmed and cofermented on skins with wild yeast. Left on skins for 93days befor pressing to saintless steel.
