"Firm and tense on opening, mulberries, baked blueberries, sarsaparilla and pink peppercorns get you in the mood. Give it some air and it thrives. Initially a little warm but that blows off. Baked plums and blackberry pie are layered on thick. Black pepper and peppered steak muse with what seems a granite like minerality hugging the moreish length. " QWine Reviews
