60 % Tempranillo – a popular Spanish variety bringing its freshness and ripe red berry flavours to the blend, Nebbiolo and Tannat (both 15 %) are responsible for the backbone of the wine while the last contribution – 10 % of north Italian Barbera adds freshness.
