Our red-drinking white: Pinot Gris, fermented on skins. A small batch wine from a 740m altitude site in Whitlands in the King Valley. Aromas of alpine herbs and red orchard fruits that build in the glass. The skin contact provides a denser texture and weight to the wine, yet ripeness is still restrained to provide crisp acidity.
