Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown 'Schatz' Sylvaner

Single site Sylvaner from the John Darling’s Koombahla vineyard at Whitfield. Dry and crisp yet lightly textured, demure white florals/ spring herbs. About eight hours of skin contact before basket pressing and fermented in a mix of stainless and old oak.
