Willie the Boatman Citrus C.A.T West Coast IPA - Single

We tried to go old school with this classic West Coast IPA, using a C.A.T hop combo, Citra, Azacca and Talus.

The ships CAT wanted to get involved so it pushed a whole bowl of grapefruit and oranges off the bench and into the tank, complimenting the hops with big hits of pine, citrus, pineapple, and hints of resin. Smooth and medium malt bodied.
