Yangarra PF Grenache

2021 was a favourable growing season with good winter rains and a mild flowering and fruit set period during spring. This resulted in balanced yields. In December we work on our canopy management to give good exposure to the developing grapes, enabling even ripening. The ripening period that began late January was very moderate resulting in slow sugar accumulation, allowing for balanced flavour and tannin development. The richness and intensity of fruit is a real feature of the 2021 vintage.
