The wine was conceived more as a pink red wine than a rose-tinged white; it relies on phenolics for structure rather than being an acid-driven, just-done rosé. It's dry and fresh and leans towards texture and savouriness.
It’s a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) and Shiraz grapes (25%), which were carefully pressed to extract enough colour and flavour, but not too much. After finishing fermentation, the wine was barrel aged for 6 months. alc 13%. - Sandra de Pury
